We usually want to remove player data when we're done with testing the games and are ready to launch the live version to our attendees.
Sometimes, you'll also want to remove a player from specific challenges. Here's how!
Delete from Participation Game
Login to app.socialpoint.io with your credentials.
Click on Participation Game, then click on Players
You can delete them individually by clicking on the red X next to their names, or delete all data by clicking on the Delete All button
Deleting from a Trivia Challenge
If you need to remove a player from a Trivia Challenge, follow these steps:
Head over to Participation Game, then click on Challenges
Click the Trivia Challenge and then click the Players tab
Click the red X next to the player you want to remove
Head over to Trivia Home (left side menu)
Click Players (left side menu, right under Trivia Home)
Click the red X next to the player you want to remove
Deleting from In-App challenges
To remove a player from a Photo Submission, Poll, Survey, Word Cloud, or Caption This challenge, follow these steps:
Navigate to Participation Home > Challenges
Click the challenge you want to remove the player from
Click the Players tab
Click the red X next to the player you want to remove
For Photo Submit and Caption challenges, head back to the Activities tab and remove/reject the player's submissions.
Deleting from Staff Scored
To delete a player from Staff Scored challenges:
Navigate to Participation Game and click Challenges
Click the Staff Scored challenge you want to remove players from
Click the red X next to the player's name
