Instant rewards can be given out to your participants whenever they score a set amount of points, complete a number of challenges or complete selected challenges.
This article will show you how to create and manage Instant Rewards in your game.
Setting up Instant Rewards
Instant Rewards work like mystery boxes. Once you claim a Reward, the system will give out a prize at random. You can have multiple prizes and update your inventory at any time during your event.
To set up an Instant Reward, navigate to Participation Game > Rewards > Instant Rewards and click on the Add button.
Follow the steps on the Wizard and choose how can your participants earn this reward.
Managing Instant Rewards
Once your reward has been set up, you can edit the Instant Reward and Prize attached to it. Here's how:
Navigate to Participation Game > Rewards
Click on the Edit button next to your reward
From here, you can change the reward's name, description, and winning conditions.
To change the Prize attached to an Instant Reward:
Navigate to Participation Game > Rewards
Click on your reward's name
Click the Inventory tab to see current prizes
You can now add, edit, and remove prizes to be given out to players who reach the threshold
Winners
Players who have won an Instant Reward can be found here:
Navigate to Participation Game > Rewards
Click your Reward Name and click Players
The Prize they've earned will show up next to their name
