Running your ARS Sessions like a pro!

Managing Sessions

If you are running a Multi-Session event, you can move sessions up and down the list by setting their date and time.

  1. Navigate to Audience Reponse > Sessions

  2. Click the Edit button next to the session

  3. Set a date and time

A session's date and time will ONLY do the following:

  • Serve as a reference to run your event

  • Move sessions up/down the list

Sessions will NOT be activated or deactivated depending on the date/time you set for them.


Activating Sessions

To activate or deactivate sessions, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Audience Response > Sessions

  2. Click the Live/Offline button to activate or deactivate the session


Activating Activities

Only one activity can be active at any given time. Switching between activities is also possible by using the Live/Offline button. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Audience Response > Sessions

  2. Click on your session's name

  3. Click the Live button for the activity you want to activate

  4. Click the Live button for any activity you want to switch over to

Switching between activities may take up to 5 seconds.


Moderating Activities

Moderating options will vary depending on the activity type you choose. You can access the moderating screen by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Audience Response > Sessions

  2. Click on your session's name

  3. Click the Moderate button next to your activity
