Setting up Instant Rewards

Instant Rewards work like mystery boxes. Once you claim a Reward, the system will give out a prize at random. You can have multiple prizes and update your inventory at any time during your event.

To set up an Instant Reward, navigate to Participation Game > Rewards > Instant Rewards and click on the Add button.

Follow the steps on the Wizard and choose how can your participants earn this reward.

Managing Instant Rewards

Once your reward has been set up, you can edit the Instant Reward and Prize attached to it. Here's how:

To edit the Instant Reward, navigate to Participation Game > Rewards > Instant Rewards and click on the Edit button next to it.

From here, you can change the reward's name, description, and winning conditions.

To change the Prize attached to an Instant Reward, we're going to navigate to a different place: Prize Manager > Games and then look for your Instant Reward.

From here, click on the reward's name, click on the result set and then click on the Inventory tab.

Click on the Edit button next to the Prize to edit the amount available, name, labels, and any other information. You can also add a picture from this screen.

Winners

Once your players have claimed their rewards and prizes in the Player App, they'll be populated into two different lists:

Claimed Rewards

People who have claimed a reward can be found by navigating to Participation Game > Rewards > Instant Rewards and then clicking on the name of your reward.

Claimed Prizes

People who have claimed a prize (and the prize they have claimed) are visible by navigating to Prize Manager > Games, clicking on your Instant Reward, and then the Result Set.

By accessing these lists you'll know who won and the prize they claimed. This works great on scenarios where you have multiple prizes being attached to a single Instant Reward.
