The information you collect with the Attendee Participation Game can be downloaded and redistributed with your team members. Here are the different types of data you can download and how to access them.
Overall Game Data
Dashboard & Activity Report
The Dashboard provides an overview of your game's key metrics that are perfect to share with your leadership. In addition to the number of players, challenges, and rewards, the Dashboard provides an activity chart showing when people were most active during your game.
The Activity Table reports on the performance of each Challenge. You can quickly scan through and find the most and least popular challenges.
To see which players completed each Challenge, click its corresponding number under the Number of Completions column.
Player Registration Report
The Player Registration Report is an Excel download that includes the first name, last name, email, and any custom registration fields you added to your game.
You can access the report with these instructions:
Click Participation Game > Players
Click on the Download Excel Spreadsheet button.
An Excel Spreadsheet will be downloaded with the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email
phone
Terms and Conditions
GDPR Consent
All other custom registration fields
How to Add Custom Registration Fields to Your Game
Go to Configurations and click on the Registration tab.
Activate any of the custom registration fields:
Mobile phone
GDPR
Terms and Conditions
For additional fields and questions, activate the Registration Survey
Participation Data
You can also see how many people completed each challenge.
Click Participation Game > Challenges
Click the "Download Participation Data" button
An Excel Spreadsheet will be downloaded with the following information
Challenge Name
Number of Player Completions
Challenge Player List
You might want to share the data for people who completed specific challenges as well. For instance, one of your sponsors might want to know who scanned the QR Code to their booth. Here's how to get this data:
Click Participation Game > Challenges
Click the name of the Challenge you want the data for
Look for the "Download Participants List" button and click it
An Excel Spreadsheet will be downloaded with the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone (if enabled)
Points
Time Completed
Challenge-specific Data
Survey Challenge Data
The data you collect with Survey Challenges is easy to download. Here's how:
Click Participation Game > Challenges
Click the name of your Survey Challenge
Click the "Download Survey Responses" button
An Excel Spreadsheet will be downloaded with the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone (if enabled)
All other Survey fields
Downloading Player Submissions
You can also download Player Submissions for Photo Upload, Caption, and Word Clouds.
Click Participation Game > Challenges
Click the name of your Challenge
Head over to the Responses tab and click Download Player Submissions
Reward Data
Top Players on the Leaderboard
To achieve this, download the full Players list and then sort by points:
Head over to Participation Game > Players
Click the Download Excel Spreadsheet button
Open the Excel file, and then select the first row
Apply a filter, and then sort A to Z
Prize Wheel and Instant Reward Winners
You can download the list of players that have earned a spin by following these steps:
Click Participation Game > Rewards
Click Download Players list under the Players tab
An Excel spreadsheet with the following information will be downloaded:
Player information (First Name, Last Name, Email)
Prize Earned
Prize Given (this can be set to Yes/No by clicking the toggle in the Players tab)
Timestamp
Raffle Drawing Winners
To get the list of your Drawing winners:
Click Participation Game > Rewards
Head over to the Winners tab
Click Download Winners List
An Excel spreadsheet with the following information will be downloaded:
Player information (First Name, Last Name, Email)
Prize Given (this can be set to Yes/No by clicking the toggle in the Players tab)
