If you would like your subscription to automatically renew at the end of your term, you can toggle the Auto renewal option in your account by following the steps below:
Visit socialpoint.io, hover over the Login button in the navigation bar and click Subscription Portal
From the left-hand navigation, click Subscriptions
Find the subscription you wish to upgrade and click the orange Subscription number
Under the Auto Renew section, click the toggle button
Note: You will need an active credit card for an auto renewing subscription. After turning on Auto Renew, the Payment section below will appear with the credit card linked to your account. You can change or update this card at any time by going to the Payment Methods section in your account.
If you do not use the auto renew option, you will need to manually renew your subscription before the end of each term, or your subscription will expire. Please visit our section on how to manually renew your subscription.
