Step-by-Step Instructions
Here's how to upgrade your subscription term or the number of players:
Visit socialpoint.io, hover over the Login button in the navigation bar, and click Subscription Portal
From the left-hand navigation, click Subscriptions
Find the subscription you wish to upgrade and click the Subscription Number in orange.
Under the Subscription totals section, click Modify
If you want to upgrade players only, find your current subscription term and click the Players dropdown menu.
If you want to extend your subscription, select a longer term.
Note: You will only be charged the prorated difference for the number of players and the remaining subscription term minus what you have already paid for your current subscription.
What Happens When You Upgrade?
Additional players are added immediately (if purchased online with a credit card).
Your event continues running — nothing is reset.
You are charged only the prorated difference based on your current plan.
Your subscription term updates automatically if extended.
Upgrades do not delete or interrupt your active games.

Can I upgrade my subscription during my event?
Yes. If your subscription was purchased online and paid by credit card, you can upgrade during your event and the additional players will be added immediately.
Can I add more players to my subscription?
Yes. You can increase your player limit at any time through the Subscription Portal.
If I purchase a Pro Plan, can I upgrade to an Ultimate Plan later?
Yes. If you ordered online and paid by credit card, you can instantly upgrade from a Pro Plan to an Ultimate Plan through the portal.
If I upgrade from a 60-Day SocialPoint Pro Plan to a 12-Month SocialPoint Pro Plan, will I just pay the difference?
Yes. As long as your subscription was purchased through the online portal and is still active, you will only be charged the prorated difference.
