Updating your contact and billing information

If you’d ever like to change your contact or billing information, you can follow the steps below:

Change Contact Information

  1. Visit socialpoint.io, hover over the Login button in the navigation bar and click Subscription Portal

  2. From the left-hand navigation, click Account > Edit Account

From here you can:

  1. Update contact name

  2. Update your account password

Change Billing Information

  1. Log into your account by visiting socialpoint.io/my-account

  2. From the left-hand navigation, click Account > Edit Billing Address

  3. Click the Edit button

From here you can:

  1. Update billing name

  2. Update billing address

  3. Update billing information for all active subscriptions
