Repurposing your Virtual Prize Wheel

Here's how to reuse your wheel after your first event.

You can use your Virtual Prize Wheel as many times as you like during the duration of your subscription term. Here's how:

Editing your Wheel

You can change the look and feel of your wheel by doing the following:

  1. Click the Edit button on your Wheel

  2. Head over to the Prize Wheel Layout tab and upload your own images or click Switch Theme to use one of our pre-built themes

  3. Click the Info Panels & Alerts tab to further customize your wheel

Adding a new inventory

To add a new inventory to your wheel:

  1. Click the Manage button on your Wheel

  2. Click the blue Add button

  3. Name your new Result Set

  4. Click Prize Inventory and add your new Prizes

You can alternatively click the Copy button next to your existing Result Set to copy your inventory and use it at a different event. The player counter will reset every time you create a new Result Set.

Starting from scratch

Another alternative is to delete your existing wheel and creating a new one. Here's how:

  1. Click Manage and turn all Result Sets offline

  2. Click Games under Prize Manager

  3. Click the red X on your game card and confirm the deletion

  4. Add a new Wheel and add your Prizes

You can delete and re-create as many wheels as you like while your subscription is active.
