Here's how to get the data and graphs you need for reporting.

Downloading data works the same across all activity types, except for Trivia. Here's how to do it:

Result Screens

Downloading ARS data

ARS data varies depending on the type of activity you set up. To download your attendee's responses do the following:

  1. Navigate to Audience Response > Sessions

  2. Click the Download button next to your Activity

  3. The file will be downloaded in .xls format

Downloading Trivia data

Trivia player data is also available for download.

  1. Navigate to Trivia Home

  2. Click Manage/Play

  3. Look for the Download button next to your Result Set

  4. The file will be downloaded in .xls format

Engagement data

You can also find overall participation data by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to Audience Response > Dashboard

  2. The top squares will show the number of activity completions

  3. The lower chart shows activity completions per session

  4. Take screenshots of the dashboard or use these numbers in your own report format

Result Screens

You can also screenshot your Result Screens and add these into your reporting. Here's how:

  1. Open your Result Screen

  2. Press F11 to make it fullscreen

  3. Press Print Screen to take a screenshot on Windows or ⌘+Shift+3 on Mac

  4. Paste the screenshot into your report
