Step-by-Step: Add Questions to Your Survey
Step 1: Find the Survey Button in Your Game
Open your game in the SocialPoint Dashboard.
Locate the Survey button.
Depending on your game type, this may appear in one of the following areas:
Lead Capture Form
Data Collection
ID Type
It may be labeled Survey or Registration Survey
3. Click Edit.
The Survey Edit Screen will appear.

Step 2: Add a Survey Field
Click Add Field (or the equivalent add button).
Choose the Field Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Field Label (this is what players will see).
Select whether the field is Required or Optional.
Add answer choices if the field type requires them (for example, dropdown or multi-select).
Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each additional question you want to include.

What Happens Next
Players will see the survey when they access your game.
Required questions must be completed before they can continue.
Players will not see the survey again if they return to the same game.
All responses are stored in your reporting dashboard and export files.
Common Issues / Troubleshooting
I canโt find the Survey button
Check under Lead Capture Form, Data Collection, or ID Type.
Look for labels such as Survey or Registration Survey.
Make sure you are editing the correct game configuration.
Players are not seeing the survey
Confirm the survey is enabled.
Verify it is attached to the correct game.
Remember: players only see the survey once per game.
A required field is preventing players from continuing
Review your field settings.
Consider making non-essential questions optional.
