Attendee Participation Games can be played in teams. Note that individual scores and rewards will still be tracked by, and displayed on the Player App.
Enabling Teams
To enable teams, do the following:
Navigate to Participation Game > Configuration
Click the Winning tab and look for Enable Team Game
After enabling Team Game, select Aggregate All Scores if you want everyone's scores to be added to their team's score. Select Limit to Top Scores to balance games where team sizes are unequal.
Setting up a Team Leaderboard
Now that Team Game has been enabled, you'll need a leaderboard to display the results:
Navigate to Participation Game > Configuration
Click the Team Leaderboard tab
Set your brand colors, upload a background image, and choose how to display the results
To add the display, navigate to Display Manager > Displays and click the blue Add button
Enter your display's name and look for the Team Leaderboard option, then create your display
Adding Teams
It's best if your players come up with their team names and then submit them. Once you have all team names, do the following:
Click Participation Game > Teams
Download the Excel Template
Enter the team names on the file and then save it
Upload the file by using the uploader
Players will choose their team when registering from the app, or you can also bulk upload players as usual and include their corresponding team names under the Team column
