Canceling your subscription

Here's how to cancel your SocialPoint subscription

If you no longer want to use the service, you'll want to make sure that Auto-Renew is turned off. For this:

  1. Visit, hover over the Login button in the navigation bar and click Subscription Portal

  2. From the left-hand navigation, click Subscriptions

  3. Find the subscription you wish to upgrade and click the orange Subscription Number

  4. Toggle the Auto-Renew button to OFF

You can also delete your payment information by doing the following:

  1. On your Subscription Portal, click Payment Methods

  2. Click Delete next to your current Payment Method

Note: Your subscription will remain active through the end of your term. At the end of your term, your subscription will expire. You can reactivate your subscription at any time before this expiration date.
