If you've already created a Lead Form, follow these steps to add it to your games:
Adding a Lead Form to your Prize Wheel
Navigate to Prize Wheel > Edit
Enable Include Lead Capture Form
Select your lead capture form from the dropdown menu (be sure you have already created one)
Scroll down and click Update
Hot tip: Turn on Single Spin Mode to restrict spins based on email address.
Adding a Lead Form to your Digital Fishbowl
Navigate to Digital Fishbowl > Configurations
Under Screenflow enable Lead Form
Set a button label for the Lead Form screen and then choose your form from the dropdown menu
Scroll down and click Update
