Manage an Instant Win Reward
Open the connected reward to manage the prizes that can be awarded.
Prize Inventory
Use Prize Inventory to view and manage available prizes.
To add a prize:
Open Prize Inventory.
Click Add.
Enter the prize information.
Click Add Prize.
Use the quantity field to control how many of each prize are available.
You can update inventory as needed during your event.
Add More Prizes
The Reward setup wizard creates the first Instant Win prize.
Use Prize Inventory to add additional prizes after the reward is created.
Claimed Prizes
Open Claimed Prizes to review prizes that have been awarded and their claim information.
Use this area to help manage fulfillment during or after your event.
Manage a Raffle Wheel or Name Picker Reward
With Raffle Wheels and Name Pickers, qualifying Trivia players receive an entry rather than an immediate prize.
To manage the drawing:
Open the Trivia game.
Go to Rewards.
Click Open Reward.
Review the qualifying entries.
Run the Raffle Wheel when you are ready to select a winner.
The connected reward handles the actual winner selection.
What does Trivia manage vs. the Reward?
Trivia controls:
the score a player must reach;
whether the reward is active;
the player-facing Reward Popup.
The connected reward manages:
Instant Win prize inventory and claimed prizes;
Raffle Wheel entries and winner selection;
Name Picker entries and selections.
This separation makes it easier to manage reward details without changing the Trivia game itself.

Can I add more prizes after creating an Instant Win reward?

What happens if Instant Win inventory runs out?

Where do I change the qualifying score?
Go back to the Trivia game’s Rewards tab. The qualifying score is managed from Trivia, not from the connected reward.
