If you’ve lost or forgotten your Subscription Portal password, you can initiate a password reset by following the steps below:
Visit socialpoint.io, hover over the Login button in the navigation bar and click Subscription Portal
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Forgot Password?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your account and provide a new password
