Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Your Name Picker Settings
Go to Prize Manager.
Locate your Name Picker game.
Click Edit.
You will now see your game configuration options.
2. Update the Game Name (Optional)
On the main settings page:
Edit the Game Name field if needed.
⚠️ Changing the game name will update the game URL and QR code. Only rename the game if it has not already been shared.
3. Enable and Configure Lead Capture
In the Lead Capture section:
Turn on Include Lead Capture Form.
Configure required fields (such as Name or Email).
Set entry limitations if needed (for example, limit entries per email address).
Anyone who completes the Lead Capture Form is automatically added to your Name Picker drawing list.
4. Add or Edit a Survey (Optional)
If you want to collect additional information:
Enable Survey in the Lead Capture area.
Click Edit to open the Survey editor.
Add, remove, or adjust your survey questions.
Click Update to save.
The Survey appears immediately after the Lead Capture Form.
5. Customize the Thank You Message
In the Thank You Message section:
Enter the message you want participants to see after submitting the form.
Include helpful details such as:
Draw time or location
Prize details
Event instructions
Website information
The Thank You Message appears immediately after the form (and survey, if enabled) is completed.
6. Enable Kiosk Mode and Splash Screen
If you are running the Name Picker on a shared device:
Turn on Kiosk Mode.
Configure your Splash Screen message if needed.
When Kiosk Mode is enabled, the screen will automatically reset after each submission, making it ready for the next participant.
7. Add a Call to Action Button (Optional)
To drive traffic after entry:
Enter a Button Label (for example, “Visit Our Website”).
Enter the full URL (include
https://).
The button appears after the Thank You Message.
What Happens Next
Participants open your game link or scan your QR code.
They complete the Lead Capture Form.
If enabled, they complete the Survey.
They see your Thank You Message.
If Kiosk Mode is enabled, the screen resets automatically.
If a Call to Action button is added, they can click it before the reset.
All participants who complete the form are added to your Name Picker entry list.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
❗ My Thank You Message isn’t showing
Make sure Include Lead Capture Form is turned on.
The Thank You Message only appears after a form submission.
Thank You Messages are available for Name Picker games only.
Thank You Messages are not active on Prize Wheels.
If you are using a Prize Wheel, you will not see a Thank You Message setting. Prize Wheels use the Info Panel and Alerts section for post-spin messaging instead.
❗ The screen is not resetting between participants
Make sure Kiosk Mode is turned on.
Without Kiosk Mode, the game will not automatically reset.
❗ My Call to Action button is not working
