5. FAQs about Name Pickers

Here are some of the most frequent questions about the Raffle Wheel.

Q: How do I set up a Name Picker so it shows on a monitor and we capture leads on an iPad?

A: Connect your computer to a large monitor and open the Name Picker display. Open the Raffle Entry Form Link on an iPad (or multiple iPads) and make sure they're visible and accessible for your participants to enter their details. Start the game once you have enough entries.

Q: What keystroke keyboard input should I map the USB Button?

A: Keystroke map your big button to the spacebar.

Q: Can the Name Picker pull a specific number of names besides 5, 20, or 50?

A: Yes, you can set the number of players by selecting a custom layout under the Theme tab
