If you need to capture leads and draw multiple names to give out prizes, the Name Picker Game is the easiest way to get it all done.
Setup Wizard
Adding a Name Picker game is simple! The Wizard will guide you through creating it. Here's how:
Head over to Prize Manager and click Add
Select Name Picker (third option) and click Continue
Select a Theme and give it a Name
Once you're done, click Add Names to add them manually, or click Game List to get your links
Configuring your Name Picker Display
We have some pre-defined layouts that will help you run your game easily. You can also customize how many players show up on the Name Picker Display. Find out more here:
Layout Options
Click Edit on your Game Card and click the Name Picker Layout tab
Pick between 5, 20, or 50 names
Select one of our Ready to Play Themes, or customize your own by adding a Background Image, Confetti Colors, and Font styles
Give your screen a Title under Name Picker Size & Positioning
I need a different number of names to show up!
If you need a custom number of names to show up, select Custom under Layout Style
Look for Winner Table under Name Picker Size & Positioning
Set your rows and columns under Size
Capturing Leads
You can capture Leads by setting up a display on an iPad or computer. You can also generate a QR Code that opens the Lead Capture Form for your participants to fill out on their phones.
Head over to Prize Manager and click Game Links
Copy the Lead Capture Link and open it on an iPad or Computer to capture leads at a Kiosk
Open and save the QR Code if you'd like people to scan it and fill out the form on their phones
The Lead Capture Display opens up on a web browser. We recommend Chrome or Safari, and it can be opened on any tablet, computer, or phone.
Adding Names Manually
If you already have a list of names that you want to add to your game, follow these steps:
Click Manage on your Game Card, under Prize Manager
Click the blue Add button to add names individually. Make sure both the Name and Label match.
Leave all other fields blank
Set Quantity to 1 and add your participant
You can set the Quantity to something higher if you want this person to have greater odds of being picked.
Drawing Names on a Monitor
Now that you have names on your game, it's time to display the monitor and run the game!
Click Game Links and open the Name Picker link
Set the browser tab to Full Screen
Click Start for all names to populate
Click Pick More Names to draw more names from your inventory (if necessary)
Announce your winners and give out prizes!
