Common Issues / Troubleshooting

My updated question is not showing on players’ devices

Make sure:

  • You clicked Save

  • The game is still active

  • Players refresh or reload their browser/device

I changed the correct answer but scores didn’t update

Scores are locked in at the time of submission. The system does not retroactively recalculate past answers.

I deleted a question and lost data

Deleting a question permanently removes associated response data. This cannot be restored.

I edited a Category name after gameplay will that impact my Category report?

Yes, changing the category name changes updates the category name on the report. The system preserves all gameplay data separately from category names. So, the numbers will stay the same.
