If you've already created a Lead Form, follow these steps to add it to your games:

  1. Navigate to Prize Wheel > Edit

  2. Enable Include Lead Capture Form

  3. Select your lead capture form from the dropdown menu (be sure you have already created one)

  4. Scroll down and click Update

Hot tip: Turn on Single Spin Mode to restrict spins based on email address.

Adding a Lead Form to your Digital Fishbowl


Navigate to Digital Fishbowl > Configurations

  1. Under Screenflow enable Lead Form

  2. Set a button label for the Lead Form screen and then choose your form from the dropdown menu

  3. Scroll down and click Update

Note: Before you can add the lead form to your configuration, you must first create it!
