Essentials Challenges
Booth Passport games benefit greatly from QR Code Check-in, Check-in Code and answering a trivia question to drive traffic through different areas of their booths.
Here's how these challenges work:
QR Code Check-Ins
Players will scan a QR Code and earn points for completing a checkin. If players use the QR code reader, they will not need to re-enter their credentials.
How To Improve Your Game
Give booth staff Secret QR Codes worth one entry into the drawing. Staff can give these to higher value leads.
Check-In Codes
Check-in Codes are an alternative to scanning QR Codes. Players can enter a passphrase or secret code to complete the activity and earn points.
Check-In Codes are only available through the Player App
How To Improve Your Game
Rather than use password style codes, make your check-in codes vocabulary words.
Turn your checkin code into a riddle. Enter the riddle in the instructions field.
Trivia Question (Open Ended)
An open ended trivia question allows you to ask players questions and get a response. Players will earn points for correct responses.
Pro Challenges
Pro Challenges are geared towards building fun, branded scavenger hunt games for your team-building events, new employee orientation, guided tours, and campus orientations.
They include all of the above, plus:
Quizzes and Live Trivia
Fun audience engagement with 5 gameplay styles including Live or Self-Paced Trivia that help you achieve your engagement and learning objectives. Choose from our pre-made graphic themes and questions or build your own.
Trivia is great for quizzing attendees on product knowledge, engaging your audience with questions related to your organization, or making your event fun with challenging questions and a live leaderboard that sparks competition.
Points earned apply to the cumulative leaderboard.
How To Improve Your Game
Create knowledge check quizzes with 3-5 trivia questions (and 6-8 trivia questions in your question bank).
Use a count down timer set to 25 seconds and assign a high value to the points.
Create 2-3 questions for each learning objective in your quiz.
Photo Challenge
Your players can upload a picture and get points as a reward. You can also create either a photo collage or a Scrolling Photo Gallery that picks all submissions and displays them to everyone! These screens can also be embedded on a website.
How does it work:
Players may complete the challenge one time. (One photo per challenge)
Each photo gallery is built around the challenge.
Photo moderation can be mandatory or by exception.
Not all photo challenges will yield a gallery worth sharing.
Here is an example of the scrolling photo wall.
How To Improve Your Game
Use the most interesting galleries during walk-in and walk-out of your general sessions.
Show the galleries at social events.
Do not feel obligated to share all of the photo galleries. Sometimes they are all the same picture and don't look good in a gallery.
Ultimate Challenges
Ultimate Challenges work great for multi-day conferences and events where you want to keep players engaged and participating.
They include all of the above, plus:
Poll
Discover what the audience is thinking in real-time. Setup live polls ahead of time or on the fly. Polls are immediately visible in the audience response app. Results are shown on the attendee’s devices and projected on a big screen or embedded into a website.
Word Cloud
Take the pulse of the audience and show the language they use on the big screen in a word cloud. Sometimes there is consensus and sometimes not!
Surveys
Create feedback forms, research surveys and lead capture forms to capture data and insights from your audience. Use the data in single forms or multiple stage forms. Download the survey data into Excel.
