You have run Out of Names (Raffle Wheel)
You have run Out of Prizes (Prize Wheel)

If You See: “Out of Names”
What It Means
Your Raffle Wheel has selected all available names. There are no more entries left to draw from.
This typically happens when:
Everyone has already been drawn
No new participants have entered
You are using a standalone raffle drawing and all names have been selected
How to Fix It
You need additional entries in your Name List.
Option 1: Add More Participants
Go to your Raffle Wheel dashboard.
Click the Name List tab.
Add more names manually or allow more people to enter your raffle.
Return to the wheel and spin again.
Option 2: Start a New Result Set (Optional)
If you want to reuse the same names:
Go to the Name List tab.
Locate your current Result Set.
Turn the current Result Set to Offline.
Create or activate a new Result Set.
What Happens Next
Once new names are added, the wheel will immediately be able to spin again. Names can be added in real time during your event.
If You See: “Out of Prizes”
What It Means
Your Prize Wheel inventory has reached zero. All available prizes have been claimed.
How to Fix It
You must increase your prize inventory.
Go to your Prize Wheel dashboard.
Click the Inventory tab.
Locate the prize that shows zero quantity.
Increase the inventory amount.
Save your changes.
You can increase inventory during live gameplay.
What Happens Next
As soon as inventory is added, the wheel becomes available to spin again.
If You See the “End of Game” Message
What It Means
Your Result Set is set to Offline.
When all Result Sets are offline, the system displays an End of Game message and prevents spinning.
You will see this inside:
Game Results
Status column shows Offline (red button)

How to Fix It
You must turn at least one Result Set to Live.
Go to your game dashboard.
Open:
Name List (Raffle Wheel), or
Inventory (Prize Wheel)
Locate the Game Results section.
Find a Result Set that shows a red Offline button.
Click the red Offline button.
It will turn green and display Live.
Your wheel is now active.
What Happens Next
Once a Result Set is set to Live, players can immediately spin again.
You can switch Result Sets during your event if needed.
Why This Happens
Most “wheel not spinning” issues are caused by:
All names already selected
All prizes claimed
Result Set accidentally switched to Offline
The system stops spinning automatically when there is nothing left to award or draw.
