How do I customize my Prize Wheel or Raffle Wheel logo, colors, graphics, and theme?

You can fully customize the branding of both your Prize Wheel and your Raffle Wheel (Name Picker) — including logos, border graphics, background images, slice colors, confetti colors, fonts, and panel styling — from the Prize Wheel Layout (or Raffle Wheel Layout) and Info Panel and Alerts tabs inside your game.

Switching themes will override your existing graphic and color selections (with a warning).

Uploading Your Logo

You can upload logos in two places in both Prize Wheel and Raffle Wheel games.

Logo File Requirements

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Maximum file size: 2MB

  • Recommended size: 200px × 400px

  • Transparent PNG recommended

1️⃣ Registration Screen Logo

Appears on the Lead Capture (Registration) screen.

Steps:

  1. Click Manage on your Prize Wheel or Raffle Wheel game

  2. Go to Game Setup

  3. Enable Include Lead Capture Form

  4. Upload your logo

  5. Click Update

  6. Click Preview

2️⃣ Center Wheel Logo

Appears in the center of the wheel.

Steps:

  1. Click Manage

  2. Go to Prize Wheel Layout (or Raffle Wheel Layout)

  3. Locate Center Wheel Logo

  4. Upload your logo

  5. Click Update

  6. Click Preview

Optional:

You can also incorporate your logo into your background image.

Adding a Prize Wheel / Raffle Wheel Border Image

This graphic surrounds the wheel and allows for advanced branding.

⚠️ Important:
​
The Border Image must include a transparent cutout in the center so the slices show through.
​
If it does not include transparency, it will cover the slices.

Use our Adobe Illustrator and Canva graphics templates with the correct transparent cutout.

File Requirements

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Maximum size: 2MB

  • Dimensions: 1920 × 1080

Steps:

  1. Click Manage

  2. Go to Prize Wheel Layout (or Raffle Wheel Layout)

  3. Open Prize Wheel Theme and Graphics

  4. Upload your Prize Wheel Border Image

  5. Click Update

  6. Click Preview

Uploading a Background Graphic

The Background Image appears behind the wheel.

File Requirements

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Maximum size: 2MB

  • Dimensions: 1920 × 1080

  3. Open Prize Wheel Theme and Graphics

  4. Upload your Background Image

Customizing Slice Colors, Confetti, and Fonts

All slice colors, confetti colors, and font settings are edited together.

Steps:

  1. Click Manage

  2. Go to Prize Wheel Layout (or Raffle Wheel Layout)

  3. Open Prize Wheel Colors and Fonts

  4. Use the color picker to customize:

    • Background color

    • Slice colors (you control the order)

    • Confetti colors (multiple allowed)

    • Font color

    • Font family

  5. Click Update

  6. Click Preview

Slice Color Rules

  • Minimum: 1 slice color

  • No maximum number

  • Colors repeat in the order you define

  • You control the order

Confetti Behavior

You can select multiple confetti colors.

  • For Prize Wheel:

    • Confetti appears on the Prize Reveal screen

  • For Raffle Wheel (Name Picker):

    • Confetti appears when:

      • A player enters the drawing

      • A winner is selected

You can choose from:

  • Helvetica

  • Arial

  • Tahoma

  • Verdana

  • Impact

  • Arial Black

  • Times New Roman

  • Georgia

  • Palatino Linotype

  • Courier

  • Lucida Console

  • Trebuchet MS

Custom fonts are not supported.

Styling Panels & Messages

Panel styling impacts all screens in both Prize and Raffle Wheels:

  • Registration Screen

  • Survey

  • Instructions

  • Thank You Message

  • Prize Reveal Screen

  • End of Game Screen

  • Out of Prizes Screen

Steps:

  1. Click Manage

  2. Go to Info Panel and Alerts

  3. Select Panel Layout

  4. Customize:

    • Panel Background

    • Title Bar font & color

    • Message Header

    • Message text

    • Sponsor text

    • Button styling

  5. Click Update

  6. Click Preview

Customizing the Splash Scren

This screen will display when a player first enters the Prize Wheel. You can upload a 1920X1080px image under Edit > Game Setup.

Note that Splash Screen is only available if Lead Form, Survey, or Instructions are active in your game's settings.

Slice Labels vs Prize Names (Important)

Prize Label (Slice Text)

  • Appears on the wheel slice

  • Maximum 25 characters

  • Single line only

  • Cannot be saved if over 25 characters

  • Emojis and special characters allowed

  • Text only (no images)

Prize Name

  • Appears on the Prize Reveal screen

  • Maximum 155 characters

Images do not appear inside slices.
Images appear on the Prize Reveal screen (Prize Wheel).

Switching Themes (Important)

When you click Switch Theme:

You will see a warning.

Switching themes will override:

  • Slice colors

  • Confetti colors

  • Panel styling

  • Background image

  • Border image

Themes are tied to an individual game.

You can reuse branding by:

  • Using Result Sets within the same game

  • Copying the game to create a new one

Horizontal vs Vertical Mode

Vertical Mode is a toggle in the Prize Wheel Layout tab.

  • Default: Horizontal

  • Vertical mode is optimized for portrait displays

If your wheel looks incorrect on desktop:

Shrink your browser window into portrait shape.
The wheel is responsive and adjusts to screen width.

Always click Preview to test:

  • Logo placement

  • Slice readability

Troubleshooting

My Border Image is covering my slices

Your image likely does not include a transparent center cutout.
Use one of our official templates.

My logo looks stretched

The system auto-scales images.
Incorrect dimensions may cause stretching.

Recommended sizes:

  • Logos: 200 × 400px

  • Background/Border: 1920 × 1080px

My slice text is cut off

Slice labels:

  • Maximum 25 characters

  • Single line only

  • Cannot exceed limit

Shorten the Prize Label.

Can I put images inside slices?

No. Slices support text only.

Do you have a raffle entry screen template?

Only available for Raffle Wheels

Uses the same background image as your Raffle Wheel. You can upload a 1920X1080px image under Edit > Prize Wheel Layout.
