Use this guide to make sure that your prize wheel and raffle drawing are ready to launch.

Updated today

Quick Answer

Before launching your Prize Wheel or Raffle Wheel, create a separate Test Result Set, verify your branding and lead form settings, test spins or entries using the live link, and confirm inventory behavior. When you’re ready, switch to a new Result Set for your real event and turn it Live from the Inventory page.

If embedding your wheel into a website, review this guide: Open Guide

Step 5: Get Ready to Go Live

When testing is complete:

1. Create a New Event Result Set

Repeat the steps in Step 1 and name it clearly (Example: 2026 Trade Show).

2. Populate the Correct Inventory

Confirm all prize quantities are accurate.

3. Activate the Result Set

  1. Go to Prize Manager β†’ <Game Name> β†’ Manage β†’ Inventory

  2. Find your event Result Set

  3. Click the red Offline button
It will turn green and display Live

Your game is now officially live!

What Happens Next?

  • Spins will deduct inventory from the active Live Result Set.

  • When inventory reaches zero, that prize can no longer be won.

  • You can monitor remaining inventory in:
    Prize Manager β†’ <Game Name> β†’ Manage β†’ Inventory

You can switch Result Sets at any time by toggling which one is Live.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

❌ Testing in Your Live Result Set

Always create a separate Test Result Set.

❌ Forgetting to Switch Result Sets

Before launch, confirm the correct Result Set is marked Live.

❌ Not Testing on the Actual Device

WiFi restrictions, pop-up blockers, or screen resolution issues can appear only on real hardware.

❌ Not Enabling Kiosk Mode for Shared Devices

Without Kiosk Mode, the form may not reset between users.

❌ Forgetting Big Button Mode for Large Screens

Big Button Mode improves usability on large displays and event setups.

Troubleshooting

My inventory decreased during testing.

This is expected. All spins deduct inventory from the active Result Set. Create a separate Test Result Set to avoid affecting live inventory.

My wheel isn’t spinning.

Confirm:

  • You are using the correct live link.

  • The Result Set is marked Live.

  • Inventory is available.

My QR Code isn’t working.

Regenerate it from:
Prize Manager β†’ <Game Name> β†’ Edit β†’ Links β†’ Get QR Code

My prizes show as unavailable.

Check:
Prize Manager β†’ <Game Name> β†’ Manage β†’ Inventory
Confirm inventory is greater than zero and the correct Result Set is Live.
