Networking Bingo
Networking Bingo is now available as a new challenge type.
This release includes updates for Admin setup, the Player App, and reporting:
Networking Bingo can be added through the Wizard or Excel upload
Admins can create all 9 Bingo tile prompts
Networking Bingo supports both App and QR Code completion
Admins can set scoring for rows, columns, four corners, diagonals, and full board completion
Messages and labels can be edited
Player App Updates
Players can now complete Networking Bingo in the Player App.
Players see a 3x3 Bingo grid
Progress is saved if a player leaves the challenge or closes the browser
Players can open a completed board after submitting it
A message appears when Bingo is completed
Players can see their score before submitting
Reporting Updates
Networking Bingo reporting is now available from the Players tab.
Reports include the full player list
Reports include all 9 Bingo prompts
Player answers are recorded and shown in the report

Journeys
Journeys are now available as a new reward experience.
Journeys guide players through activities and unlock personalized outcomes based on participation and progress.
Adding a Journey
Journeys can be added through the Rewards Wizard.
Journey types include:
Points based
Checklist based
Profile based
Profile based Journeys can use This or That and Poll challenges.
Player App Updates
The Player App has been updated to support Journeys.
The Badges area now shows badges earned through Journeys
Completed challenges no longer display in the Badges area
Rewards have a cleaner, more modern layout
New Journey popups show the reward image, badge, and badge information
Managing Journeys
Journeys can be managed in a similar way to existing Rewards.
Admins can use:

Edit Reward tab
Profiles tab
Notifications tab
Journey Notifications
Admins can send an email template to players who complete a Journey.

Trivia Improvements
Multiple fixes were released for Trivia gameplay and management:
Domain Restrictions are now case-insensitive
Copying games with questions no longer causes errors
iPad Autologin issues resolved
Multiple Choice questions no longer show empty answer buttons when fewer than four options exist
APG Updates
This release included several stability and experience improvements for APG:
Crowd Choice options now maintain proper item order across both Admin Portal and Player App
Welcome Messages now reliably display for new users on shared devices
Added “Enable Sounds” toggle for Prize/Raffle Wheel rewards
Fixed challenge offline status persistence

04/09/2026 - Admin Portal Improvements
This release focused on backend enhancements and UI consistency updates across the platform. Improvements include updated image specifications, confirmation message handling, improved text alignment for mobile views, and organization name updates. Additional work was completed to improve challenge and highlight display behavior within APG.

03/26/2026 - Welcome Messages, Confetti and more!
NEW: APG - Welcome Messages & Featured Reward: These messages show up the first time a player accesses the Challenges page in the Player App. You can add a description, instructions, and a Featured Reward! The Featured Reward can showcase a reward in the Welcome Message.
APG - Confetti: Confetti is now optional on all reward pop ups.
APG - Zero Points Challenges: Challenges can now be worth 0 points.
Media Library Improvements and New File Types: - Media Upload modal's design is now more readable. We now support GIF and SVG file types for images

02/26/2026 - Accessibility and Usage
Accessibility: Accessibility score upgraded throughout multiple screens: APG Player App, Prize Wheel and Raffle Wheel, Raffle Entry Form, Name Picker, and Trivia
APG Trivia: Ending a Trivia game now takes players to the Post Completion Message instead of the Trivia Thank You Page. This allows for Document Downloads and Custom Messages to be more visible.
Previews: Added preview buttons for Brainstorm, Q&A, Highlights, and Crowd Choice. You can find them under Theme > Player App
Link Label Updates: Updated copy on help text for Links to make them easier to understand.
02/05/2026 - More Icons! Easier Setup!
FontAwesome Icon Picker: You can now browse and pick from over 5,000 icons within the Admin Portal. Click the Icon next to the name to reveal the Icon Picker, all without having to leave the tab you're working on!
Challenge Uploads: Description and Instructions are no longer required to upload challenges using the Excel Uploader.
01/22/2026 - APG Admin Usability Updates
Badge Colors: :You can now set a Badge Default Color and Icon Default Color on your game's theme when building or editing.
Apply Badge Defaults: On individual challenges, you can edit and set the Badge/Icon default colors to challenges individually, or mass update all of them from Theme
Results Screens: It's now easier to identify the screen you're editing from Theme > Results Screens. Each one now has a title that tells you if you're editing a Word Cloud, Q&A, or Crowd Choice
Prize Manager Wizard: we've made changes to the initial screen on the Prize Manager Wizard so it's easier to understand what each option does
