Set Up Guide for the Ultimate plan

This one-stop guide provides all the information you need to set up and run advanced scavenger hunt and passport game.

Updated this week

Step 1: Plan your event

The Ultimate Plan allows you to use all challenges, activities, and reward types for maximum flexibility and improved audience engagement.

Put yourself in your player's shoes and think about their journey, from the very beginning up until the very last challenge they complete. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • What does the game look like?

  • What type of Challenges will they enjoy?

  • What will they earn for participating?

  • Will this game be embedded into my existing mobile event app?

  • Do I want players to register, or should I pre-register them?

  • Am I setting up teams, or are players participating as individuals?

  • How will you get the word out and encourage players to participate in your game?

  • Do you want to get a notification or send the player's data to a URL every time someone new registers?

As you determine the answers to these questions, you'll find out how you want the game to be played by your attendees. These answers will help you easily set up your game.
